Fun Girls night ...and a buffalo

I was contacted by a friend from high school to come a join her for a girls night out crafting...SO I did and brought my sis and mom. IT was a blast! We started out shopping for the event and then to dinner at ARELLA PIZZARIA...SO delish and so cute I couldn't stop staring at their decor..Sort IKEAish ...I recommend it!

We stayed the night a a hotel in Bountiful (not far from home) and crafted till 12:00am and talked till 2am.. woke up and had the breakfast there..then Crafted again till 8:00 pm.{some stayed till mid night again}I thought maybe we'll get a little sick of all the crafts and sitting at a table that long..WRONG! The time flew and I can't wait to do it again! I think I might of lost a little bit of my voice..I talked to much! here are a few pics we snapped when we had time ha ha.

These are the lovelies I worked on...OKAY confession: I sorta copied Sharstin Miller's wreath {thanks!}she recently made...Sorry had to it was too cute and my door is screaming for a new wreath. That was that and I can't wait for another one of these nights to happen.


ANG a Buffalo.....Have you been out to antelope island lately {in my case in the last um 10years?} I did this weekend with my family...It is all sorts of gorgeous in the winter! Check it out!..OH and my hub is starting a little business out there. He will be renting fun toys for the beach and trails, handcarts, gift shop stuff, camping supplies,  and possibly birthday parties ect. It is in the making and I will let you know when it will be up and running! Cross your fingers that it will be a success!

Up to date....

Wowza TIME is flying still. I only wish it would slow down. I am in the process of getting a new website/blog and it is taking a little longer than expected {i don't know SQUAT about this web design stuff} I thought I could just say I like this layout and it will magically be exactly how my mind wants it to be     NOPE! I just don't know how to communicate what I really want....hmmmmmmm sound like my every day life. oh well. What we have been doing since jan 18th:
I turned 27......oh my I am officially in my late 20's and my face feels like it's going to give me every problem a tween might encounter. Ugh. I need my hair highlighted and to lose a few more baby lbs BUT on the brighter side I got some new clothes and an awesome crepe breakfast, dinner with the hub, bowling with my fam and lots of hugs. Love my family for giving me such an awesome weekend! (not me but a cute pic I found somewhere)

Next on the list is Chloe...She will be nocking on 6 months door real soo. WHAAAAAAA I know half year old already! She is so much fun and so easy going! Always smiling and just checking everyone out. We got her ears pierced 2 months ago and she look adorable in her little pearls. She is sitting by herslef and rolls all over the place..I swear she'll be attempting to walk before we know it! YIKES! And she absolutely loves baby food..especially green beans and squash..NO way to the nanners though!

 Oh miss Mylie Moo..how we love you. But I do swear that by some magical switch you turn into...well lets just say it's not good...Only way to describe the cutie pa tutie is BIPOLAR??? What is with this 3 year old stage is it just our luck or is it just nature? So so sweet and helpful one minute and then next I am chasing her around OUTSIDE the church building in my heels trying not to make a scene... Love her and I am glad all those crazy moments are outweighed by her sweetness!

NExt I am only tending two days a week now and only one little gal. Sadly I must say I will miss the kids that came to my house every week.They were like family to me and the girls. BUT photography is booming and no need to busy myself to udder exhaustion! This is the kids fav place to watch a tv show.. ha ha silly kids!


 CHLOE'S ROOM FINISHED YEAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! did I mention it's my favorite room in the whole house..So cheerful just like Chloe!

 The quilt I made..DO NOT look close but someday I will be an amazing sewer but for now this is what ya get!

 I saw these cascade curtain on the internet somewhere and loved them so much but went to purchase them and they cost some big amount that isn't in the budget..So I thought I will make them! NOT WORTH IT! Shoulda forked the dough out...I only got half up the bottom with the ruffles and thought eh that will work.

DID I ever mention I love the DI and Spray paint? I think her room cost under 200 bucks. It all started with the little bird cage then boom I fell in love with the idea and begged Mike to just trust me!

Some randomeness

Over the past few months ...I HAVE BEEN BUSY...not a bad thing but my fam blog is much neglected! So here are a few snipets of whats been going on..

This little BIG gal is 3!!!!!!!!! WHAAAAAAAAAAA???? I can't believe how grown up she is. She is definitely more interesting now than at two. Drama has hit the Schoenfeld home. At the same time she is a delight. I love her made up songs(she has way better pitch than I DO!), her creative nature, her story telling, and most of all her kisses and hugs. She is an amazing big sister ( i never had one problem with her jealousy of chloe) She loves to help cook and even clean... occationally :) I am so excited to see what this next year is going to be like with a 3yr old!

Mike and his pals did this santa 5k and it was hysterical! I am so000 doing it next year! They actually did pretty well for not ever practicing their running skills!

We attempted a grandkids shoot in the snow for my mom...TOO COLD.
Christmas came and went! It was a busy week but OH how much we love our family and spending time with them. Mylie was a hoot! She loved opening her gifts this year and always remembered it was baby Jesus' birthday. Grandpa Sporting the good ole dancing santa hat..HA HA once again he is too cute for words.

This is mylie and a girl I babysit...Never do they ever look different when they are together always decked out in dress up.

These truly make me cry..My BABY is 4 months old! She is AMAZING! She has the sweetest smile and funnest personality. She has rolled over completely once already and tries to do it again every day. She has the best giggles ever! AND She is getting the rolls(as you can clearly see)..no more skinny chloe! I'll have to post some pictures soon but she got her ears pierced (don't judge me) and they are soo cute.

I am loosing 2 of the kids I babysit so this means more of my photography and less of a mess at my house(sorta). Although I am going to miss the two cuties they are kinda like family now. Hopefully we'll keep in touch!

We could quite possibly be considered the ultimate yucky cowfolk! Mike was all to comfortable in his get up! Sadly he fit into the pants that I was wearing..Humph! And yes they are past my belly button and I am so glad I never have to wear them again..BUT it was hilarious!

We were late (and dark) sooo pictures didn't turn out very awesome but at least we get the gist of it right?



NEXT Was a bit ago when we took a trip to Dino park..H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S.. Don't take your 3 yr old to there when they have it outfitted for halloween. Mylie didn't like all the scary stuff. Sadly i thought it was so funny to watch her get scared to death..Is that mean? Oh well it will forever remain in my brain! Oh and the moving dinos inside really could have put her on her death bed due to an early heart attack! Like I said it was hysterical! So I am assuming the play ground was her fav!

 Bronson didn't want to leave this particular spot apparently! Loves the ducks in the pond!

 



NEXT
 Mylie went with Mike to his moms ward carnival and she got to ride a horse! {could be her favorite animal at the moment!} Got her face painted and lots of prizes!

Just some thoughts..

Got back to the grind of life this week! THE BABYSITTER IS BACK. (I do watch 4 kids and I love them like my neices and newphews (one of them IS my nephew) BUT..
I miss snuggling my girls for hours in our jammies.
...the quiet of my home
...the sorta kinda clean house
...the newborn baby smell (it's now spit up smell)
....no children fighting/ crying
...not many dirty diapers (it's amazing how many we have at the end of the day)
...clean couches already sippy cup rings everywhere! (I HATE MICROFIBER UGG!)
...did I say quiet in my home? I miss it!
And many more but I won't make this a bummer of a post.

Mylie is loving that she has friends to play with. She really missed them kids. Every night before bed she's tell me "guess who's coming tomorrow....Brighty, Miles, Brons and Grace" Sadly I had to tell no they won't be here for a while and she would just get the saddest face and and say oooohhhh. Now every night that she says that I can use it as an incentive for her to stay in her bed all through the night. So that is nice. Mylie is the best sister ever...mid play time she walks over to Chloe to talk baby talk to her and "pet" her soft head. {she loves to tell people to pet her head ha ha} She is still going great with the potty and isn't acting out in jealousy. THank Heavens! Mylie is doing so well in dance she loves her teachers and her new pals. She even practices her shuffle step and her ballet positions.

Chloe is getting so big already..She has now hit the high 6 pound range! She loves loves to grunt and hardly ever cries even in the night it's just loud grunts letting us know to feed her. She loves to lift her head off my shoulder when I burp her to look around and gives me big smiles when she recognizes me. Melts me. She loves when I blow raspberries on her cheeks. She is full on air swimming with arms and legs flailing. She holds onto her right ear when she naps. She can already yank her hair pretties out. Gets the hiccups every time she eats and burps. She takes after Mylie and hates to sleep in the night..Hopefully that will change! Other than that we love everything about her and are so glad she is part of the family!

Did I mention it's duck hunting season and mike got a new (old) boat? He and his bud have been working on it A LOT. They have made this huge metal think actually look like it's worth money....Hopefully it'll sell and not sit on the side of my house. Just sayin... And I sorta pray no ducks come into my home. You know that awfullest smell of stagnant mud? That is what they taste like...YUCK I know! Mike would be sad if he didn't have a successful season so I kinda hafta let him do his thing. So to that good luck Mike and may all your ducks got to your friends house ;)
